Happy Feel Good Friday!
This weeks Feel Good Friday story is dedicated to St. Joseph High School cross-country team.
The cross-country team did something really cool, they took over a dozen shelter digs on their morning run this week. Each runner was linked up with a pooch from the Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter before heading out on a run as a group.
"I am not sure who was more excited and having the most fun ... the dogs or the kids," thier coach said. "Either way, it was a great time and I am sure we will do it again sometime soon." Hopefully this becomes a regular thing, and that it inspires other schools to try it out, too!"
I hope so too!
