J Balvin Will Be First Latin Music Headliner in Lollapalooza History

Reggaeton is taking over the world and it has finally made its way to Lollapallooza.

J Balvin will be making history by becoming the first Latin music artist to headline the music festival, Lollapallooza.

The "Contra La Pared" singer went to his Instagram to announce the exciting new. The news sure calls for an Insta-post! J Balvin is about to make history!

The Wednesday announcement excited fans with news that Balvin will be joining Childish Gambino, Flume, Ariana Grande, The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots and Tame Impala and The Chainsmokers.

Lollapalloozawill take place in Chicago from August 1-4. The music festival is known for having two headliners perform simultaneously on each night of the four-day festival. One at the main stage on opposite ends of Chicago’s Grant Park.

J Balvin's place on the lineup is one to celebrate.

The Colombian artist is changing the game for everyone! He's recently cracked the U.S. market with his Willy William collab "Mi Gente" and "I Like It" with Cardi B and Bad Bunny.
