The other night I shared one of my easy, go-to dinner recipes and wanted to share the recipe again here as well as my favorite mustard.
Cut the chicken into pieces and toss with two tablespoons of mustard and a little salt and pepper to taste. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
The mustard I use is "Edmond Fallot Seed Style."
While the chicken is marinating, I'll usually take a quick shower so that I can cook the chicken once I'm ready for dinner post-workout.
Cook the chicken on the stovetop and add a side of spinach for greens and you're done!
