THIS TIME CR FASHION BOOK AND SHE DETAILED THE 4 RULES SHE LIVES BY TO STAY HEALTHY IN HER 50’S AND THEY ARE VERY SIMPLE…

AND YET WHY CAN’T WE ALL JUST FOLLOW THESE RULES?

1) DRINK A LOT OF WATER

2) MOVE MY BODY DAILY

3) TRY TO EAT WHOLE, FRESH FOODS

4) GET AS MUCH SLEEP AS I CAN

WE ALL KNOW THESE ARE GREAT FOR HEALTH… AND SEEM SO SIMPLE… BUT WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO THESE 4 THINGS DAILY FOR ME?

I MOVE MY BODY AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK… BUT DEF NOT 7.

I EAT WHOLE FOODS 80% OF THE TIME…

AND I GET OKAY SLEEP…

I WANT TO TRY REALLY HARD FOR 1 WEEK TO FOCUS ON THESE 4 RULES AND SEE IF I FEEL A DIFFERENCE!
