How to Eat & Workout According to Your Cycle to Live Your Best Life

I'm embarking on a health journey this June and wanted to share a book and program I'm following called In the Flo by Alisa Vitti to thrive during my cycle and period. There's an app to download here too.

"In the FLO presents a revolutionary four-week solution to manage your energy and time according to your female biochemistry," the book's summary reads. "By working with each phase, you'll support your hormones, unlock peak creativity and performance, and avoid burnout. You'll know exactly when to eat certain foods, clear your social calendar, or ask for a raise - and you'll have the tools to do so."

The book includes tools like meal plans for each phase and also workouts and even a planner to manage emotions and productivity.

I can't wait to tackle this and see how I feel! Essentially the goal of the book is to "presents a biohack program for women, teaching them how to use their natural 28-day cycle to optimize their time, diet, fitness, work, and relationships."
