I post my morning granola fuel on my IG regularly and wanted to share the "recipe" for those of you asking! I get asked a lot which brad I eat and that's Bob's Red Mills Gluten Free Oats. To make it, it's super easy and it'll keep you going all morning long.

Bob's Red Mills gluten free oats: 1/4 cup
Chia seeds: 2 teaspoons
Homemade almond milk: 1 cup (Learn how to make that here)
Small spoonful brown sugar
Top with choice of fruit like blueberries & raspberries
