Would You Try Tom Brady's Diet? Here's What We Know

Tom Brady just secured his 7th Super Bowl win and at age 43, he's truly the GOAT! The athlete's diet has been talked about over and over but coming off Sunday's big win, we're invested again.

Ryan Seacrest mentioned on-air he wants to try it and now I'm curious too. So, what does Brady eat?

According to his own book and interviews, it's very specific, but also changes from time to time.

He's previously been vocal about avoiding caffeine, white flour, white sugar, dairy products and anything with gluten. He also steers clear of nightshade veggies including tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, mushrooms and any others that could cause inflammation.

That said, he still has cheat meals from time to time, he just makes sure they're solid cheat meals.

"If I’m craving bacon, I have a piece. Same with pizza. You should never restrict what you really want. We’re humans, here for one life," he previously told Men's Health. "What’s changed as I’ve gotten older is now if I want pizza, I want the best pizza. I don’t eat a slice that tastes like s--t and then wonder, 'Why am I eating sh--t pizza?'"
