Baking salmon might sound difficult and time consuming, but, trust me, it's actually one of my go-to meals when I'm in a pinch. It might be intimidating at first, but all you need is a good piece of fish from your market and whatever seasoning or sauce you prefer.
I opt for salmon covered in olive oil with fresh minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Just douse your fish and then pop it in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
When you're sans time, it couldn't be easier. Other options for flavor include lemon, dijon mustard or even soy sauce.
Have half the fish for one meal and then use the leftovers to throw over some lettuce and veggies for dinner! Let me know if you try it @TanyaRad
