Per Request, Here's What I Eat In a Day!

So I want to start out this blog saying that I don't think what I eat is necessarily the way everyone should eat. This is just what works for me and I encourage you to find what works best for you!

For breakfast, I kick off each day with coffee & oatmeal with berries.

I like to start the day with oatmeal since it fuels me and helps keep me full longer for the energy I need in the morning.

*I put chia seeds in my oatmeal to help with bowel movements* Sorry, TMI, but this is me we are talking about.

For lunch, I like to do protein & veggies.

One of my go-to items are turkey cups. Take lettuce, mustard, vegan mayo, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and turkey and you've got carb-free sandwich!

I'll switch these up and do tuna a lot, or sometimes even eggs & spinach. 

Other days, it's a salad with quinoa. 

For dinner, I also try to stick with protein and veggies.

I usually do fish for dinner with veggies or some type of lettuce wrap.

I also always, always have an apple for a snack between breakfast and lunch. Let's not forget that massive knife I bring into the studio to cut it!

Other thinks I love to snack on include peaches or a cup of grapes and/or veggies. I also live for Persian cucumbers so i eat those with lemon or avocado, depending on the day!
