Stassi Schroeder from Vanderpump Rules recently got engaged and she's opening up about the changes she's experiencing since getting the ring. One of those being her sex life!
She said, "We hook up a lot less because we're so busy. I realize that we’re so busy working together because we’re doing the podcast tour and planning a wedding and just then in between, still filming ‘Vanderpump Rules’ and having shoots and things we need to do that I’m like, ‘Oh my god. Like, we barely hook up. I’m so sorry.'”
This story struck me because we've been talking about the concept of scheduling sex. So, I actually looked up the benefits of it...
- If it isn't scheduled, it won't happen. Which means it won't get to the point where you can't remember last time you did it.

Not going to lie, earlier in the week I was anti scheduling, but after reading these benefits I must admit I am kinda into it. Perhaps Stassi and Beau should give it a try!
