Taylor Swift Shares How She Made Peace With Her Body & I Love What She Said

 

So, Taylor Swift is gracing the cover of Elle and inside the issue she opened up about ALL of the lesson she's learned. Modern woman style! Plus, it's the perfect time for her to reflect as she's gearing up to turn 30 at the end of the year.

One of the lessons she shared was a difficult one for her and is one we can all relate too. Taylor said, "I learned to stop hating every ounce of fat on my body."

 

Taylor shared,

"I worked hard to retrain my brain that a little extra weight means curves, shinier hair, and more energy. I think a lot of us push the boundaries of dieting, but taking it too far can be really dangerous. There is no quick fix. I work on accepting my body every day."

 

I seriously LOVE this so much. She speaks the TRUTH, I know this was something I had to work on myself and I'm sure many of us can relate too.

Taylor also shared that she takes vitamins to help care for her body. She loves gummy multivitamins, L-theanine for stress and anxiety, and magnesium for muscle heath and energy!
