Ariana Grande Is Billboard's 2018 Woman Of The Year, Rightfully So

Ariana Grande is officially Billboard's 2018 Woman of The Year! So, she just did a big interview with Billboard, I'm sooo obsessed with it.

She has been disrupting the norm this year and it's totally paying off. She's been hit with a lot of tragedy and it's made her realize what's important to life and just how much she wants to make music, while doing it on her terms.

Ari said something in particular that really stood out to me, "People are unable to accept the fact that woman are a million things and not just two. You can be adorable and brilliant. You can be friendly and silly, and yet strong and indestructible. Professional and present and also sexual and fun."

And then she talks a lot about how there are far more men on the top of the charts vs. women and how women have to conform to a specific type of promo when it comes to music.

She basically dropped, "Thank U, Next" on a Saturday just because she wanted to. And the single is the biggest song she's ever had to date!

Finally, she have us this nugget. "I don't want to conform to the pop star agenda. I want to do it on my own terms from now on. If I want to tour 2 albums at once, I'm going to tour 2 albums at once." Which I think means another album is coming sooner from Ari than we think!
