The latest Grey's Anatomy announcement has me so excited! The show is welcoming their first gay male surgeon. The character, Dr. Nico Kim will be played by Alex Landi. He's Korean and Italian and is going to be an amazing addition to the cast!
This isn't the first time Grey's has cast a LGBTQ character. Intern Casey - played by trans actor Alex Blue Davis, Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw - bisexual and lesbian. But, this is the first gay male surgeon!
Season 15 kicks off with a two hour episode on Thursday, September 27th at 8pm. I can't wait!
