Get this! Researches have identified the germiest piece of equipment at the gym. Any guesses???
It's actually the CrossFit barbell and the hot yoga mat came in second. Soooo gross! Make sure you wipe those things down next time you workout.
But, if you're curious what's not so loaded with germs...the resistance knob from the spin bikes and the wooden bar from barre classes. Those they must wipe down often, don't you think. They are apparently both cleaner than a toilet seat! How insane?!
