So Iâm not a football buff, nor will I try to pretend to be! But, there is a big life lesson and important thing to remember when I was reading the story of Alabamaâs win last night.
A college freshman *backup quarterback* keyword BACKUP QUARTERBACK (meaning not the starting quarterback) Tua Tagovailoa really was the MVP of the game by throwing the game-winning pass.
When I saw this it made me realize to everyone that isnât in the position they want to be in. If you havenât reached that career goal yet⊠you still have some more climbing to doâŠ
Just because you arenât in the starting position DOESNâT MEAN YOU CANâT WIN THE GAME!
No matter what season of life you are in⊠starting.. second in line⊠bottom of the food chain⊠you can STILL make big moves if you keep moving forward and keep the faith.
I saw this story as such a beautiful example of putting your head down, working your BUTT off, and winning big.
Tua â I donât know you but I respect you, I love your faith, I love your determination, and I love that last night was your time to shine!
