How To Make My Cauliflower Crust Pizza

 

As you guys may or may not know I am currently vegan! SO over the weekend I made a DELISH cauliflower crust vegan pizza and I wanted to shared the recipe with all of you. So here it is...

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cauliflower crust (Trader joe's)
  • Hummus (any of your favorite)
  • Spinach
  • Cherry tomatos 
  • Quinoa 

DIRECTIONS:

Bake the Cauliflower Crust at 475 until it's lightly brown on both sides. I like to keep flipping it every 5/6 minutes just to get it even.

Once the crust is kinda hard.. put your toppings on one side. Then you just let it bake until the crust is as firm as you want it!
