If you’ve ever dreamed of just LIVING in a world of Disney…you should probably look into the community Disney is building out in the desert.
Disney’s first “Storyliving community”, currently under construction, is kind of wild. It will be in Rancho Mirage…just east of Palm Springs.
The community will be named Cotino!
And it will have a bunch of amenities inspired by Disney Imagineers so you know it will have that Disney touch!
A clubhouse inspired by “The Incredibles” will be the centerpiece of the 1,700 homes. There will also be a town shopping center, and a Grand Oasis water feature.
Another members-only clubhouse complex will sit next to a 24-acre lagoon, with an elevated patio that provides views of the site and surrounding mountains.
The residential community will be for all ages, but at least one section will be specifically reserved for residents 55 and up. The neighborhood will include options for single family homes, condominiums, cottages and estates. So, really something for everyone.
They say it will be open by 2024! But could you see yourself living here?
