Here's Why You Should Get On Dating Apps TONIGHT

If one of your resolutions this year is to date more or even just to TRY more on dating apps, then these are the tips you need to kick your year off right.

We have all been through a LOT of change and uncertainly since 2020... and you definitely deserve something to look forward to in 2022. So let me help you!!

Did you know there’s actually a tried-and-tested “best” time to get back on dating apps after Christmas?

Soooo…. It’s actually January 2nd (yes, as in yesterday)… but don't let that deter you from getting back out there just yet! Apparently the first Sunday of the year has historically been the busiest day of the year for online dating, with Tinder, Plenty of Fish, Match.com, and Bumble all recording record numbers. This kind of makes sense, being that people are thinking about what they want to change as they go back to work and really kick off the new year on that first Sunday of the year.

HOWEVER, since The New Year landed on a weekend this year, I feel like today actually counts as the first Sunday because so many people have today off and go back to work tomorrow!

Experts at Tinder say that you can maximize your matching potential by logging on during their “Golden Hours” of swiping: between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.

So again, I would set an alarm to do that tonight! It’s not too late!

And if your goal this year is to go on more dates, then continue to log on to the app (or apps, plural!) of your choice between those times and strike up conversations with several people! Of course it may take a little time to find someone you really connect with, but hey! If you never try, you'll never find the person waiting on the app for you right now!!

Good luck out there, daters!
