A BIG congratulations are in order for former The Bachelor couple Arie Luyendyk Jr and Lauren Burnham!!!

The couple shared the news yesterday that they welcomed twins! So actually, a DOUBLE big congratulations are due for the couple, who also already have 2-year-old daughter Alessi.

Lauren shared photos of she and the twins - a boy and a girl!! - after giving birth, with a simple caption: "6.11.21" and then tagging the Instagram account that she and Arie have created and will run for the twins, similar to what they have for their daughter Alessi.

Arie shared similar photos, with a sweet caption dedicated to his wife, and mom of his three kids:

He wrote:

"Never been prouder of my wife than in this moment. She is the strongest woman I know and I’m lucky to be on this incredible journey with her. We are proud parents of a healthy boy and girl!"

So far, it doesn't seem that the couple have confirmed the names of their twins, but I expect they will do so soon.

They have been documenting the pregnancy on social media, and have also shared updates on how new big sister Alessi is handling the news of getting two new siblings. Just before Lauren gave birth, Arie shared a photo of Alessi with two baby dolls, getting ready for her younger siblings to arrive.

I can't help but feel a little connected to Arie and Lauren, honestly! They had a baby girl before their twins, but now they have boy and girl twins... and obviously I have boy and girl twins, and have a baby girl on the way!!

SO, Lauren or Arie, if you're reading this, you should absolutely come on the podcast to talk about life with twins and a singleton. I have no idea what to expect with a singleton! But you will do great with the twins!

Congratulations to Arie and Lauren and their growing family!
