St. Patty’s Day: Make These Shamrock Eggs With Sisanie! Watch

It's a crazy time in the world and celebrating St. Patty's this year will be different across the world as we do our part to attempt to stop the spread of Coronavirus but it doesn't have to be boring! If you have a few items at home, you can make these tasty and festive shamrock eggs like Sisanie in the latest Off-Air With Sisanie above.

All you need are eggs, a bell pepper, some butter or olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Learn how to cut the bell pepper in the correct shape and cook the eggs in the video above and get more details below:

1 large Green Bell Pepper

4 Eggs

butter, olive oil or nonstick spray

S+P to taste

Slice the bell peppers into rings, relatively think to contain the egg

Melt butter or spray a frying pan, over medium-high heat.

Place the bell pepper rings in the pan and turn once, after a minute.

Crack an egg inside each pepper ring.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover with a lid and cook until the white is set and the yolk reaches your desired doneness. About 3 to 5 minutes, depending.

Remove from the pan and serve hot.
