Last week Mindy Kaling and BJ Novak shocked everyone by attending The Oscars together (you know, since they used to date and were on-again/off-again for years after working together on The Office).
But this latest series of tweets will make you feel emotional all over again and hope that they are really back together and just trying to pretend like they just attended The Oscars and the after party as friends.
As you probably know, Mindy stars in A Wrinkle In Time alongside Reese Witherspoon and Oprah, and BJ took it upon himself to share the sweetest message about a poster for the movie on the streets of New York.
B.J. shared that when he first met Mindy, she lived on Fairfax Ave in a small apartment, and that today, a poster for her new movie, that she casually stars in, sits in front of the very building she was living in.
Mindy retweeted the cute message and said:
"Full crying."
I mean, same Mindy, same.
Just look at these two!
Mindy gave birth to her daughter Katherine in December, and has yet to reveal the identity of Katherine's father to the world, but she did call the pregnancy "a surprise."
It seems that B.J. has been by her side ever since Katherine was born, which of course leads to speculation that perhaps B.J. is actually Katherine's father... but you know, that's just speculation for all we know.
And by the way, B.J. also attended the premiere for A Wrinkle In Time with Mindy.
THEY ARE SO CUTE. I guess even if they're truly just "best friends," they're still really cute best friends.
