Shaq Shares His Mission to Brighten Up People’s Day

Shaq is doing his part. The NBA legend is hosting "The Event" benefitting the Shaquille O'Neal Foundation in Las Vegas to help spread the good.

"The thing that really hurt my heart was 40 million people lost their jobs," Shaq reflected on-air with Ryan Seacrest, referring to the COVID pandemic. "That really touched my heart so I'm making it a point to just brighten up people's day.”

The Event, on October 2, will feature an all-star lineup and performances from Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson, Imagine Dragons and Snoop Dogg with more award-winning musical and comedy acts.
