The effect comes from a specific type of battery-operated LED.
Coca-Cola released a statement explaining that, "the bottles are wrapped in a thin flexible OLED panel and electronics including battery."
Only 8,000 bottles have been made and you can't just walk into any store in Singapore and get one. You have to go on a scavenger hunt for them.
