Attention Culver City! Parking Enforcement is resuming next month.
According to CBS Los Angeles, the community of Culver City will resume parking enforcement in mid-march. The announcement was made by the Culver City Police Department today, Thursday.
Parking enforcement was relaxed for months throughout the pandemic and will remain relaxed until March 14, 2021.
Starting March 15, enforcement of street sweeping restrictions, parking around closed schools, and abandoned vehicle ticketing and towing will resume.
According to CBS, the following parking enforcement measures will also resume:
- fines for oversized vehicle overnight parking;
- parking fine increases following a citation;
- loading zone restrictions.
According to CBS and Culver City's police department, residential permits, along with peak-hour restrictions and colored-curb violations are currently being enforced.
