Los Angeles County is expanding its Coronavirus testing site hours!
Daily coronavirus testing at Dodger Stadium has been expanded from 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Mayor Eric Garcetti announced Tuesday, Nov. 10. The 12 hours a day schedule will allow more Angelenos to get tested.
Mayor Eric Garcetti said in Tuesday's update that the capacity of L.A.'s testing sites will be increased to 32,400 tests per day and the city’s other testing sites will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
The mayor also announced that rapid testing could be coming to Los Angeles County soon, citing that the University of Southern California is progressing with studies.
The Mayor also announced that Los Angeles County is facing a surge in COVID-19 cases, and encouraged Angelenos to continue to wear masks and keep their distance.
