The way we grocery shop has changed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Well, new a new study has found the safest grocery stores to shop at during these times. Consumer Health & Safety Index, global research firm Ipsos has provided the results of their survey that reveals which grocery chains are strictly and successfully following proper health and safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The Ipsos survey was a two-part study that initially surveyed 2,000 Americans. The purpose of the initial survey was to understand which health and safety measures are most important to shoppers/consumers
Those surveyed answered questions on 45 major U.S. brands at more than 5,700 retailers total. Here are the three stores that offer the best display of safety measures according to the study's findings.
Whole Foods: Whole Foods reigns at the top of the list. According to the Ipsos survey, the complied with safety measures important to customers.

Trader Joe's
The top key health elements consumers look for when grocery shopping are:
- proper face coverings
- managing the number of customers entering stores
- proper social distancing
- markers at checkout,
- employees visibly wiping down high-traffic areas,
- and plexiglass dividers at checkout.
