Disney's 'Coco' Live in Concert Is Coming to the Hollywood Bowl

Coco stole our hearts two years ago...and now it is back to do so again!

The Academy Award-winning animated film is officially getting its first-ever live concert treatment. The 2017 Pixar favorite is coming to life on stage in a two-day event taking place the weekend of November 8th (Saturday and Sunday) at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Latinx actress, producer and director - Eva Longoria will host the show alongside Benjamin Bratt (Pratt voiced Ernesto de la Cruz in the animated film). But it doesn't stop there! The star-studded list also includes Carlos Rivera, Lele Pons, Natalia Jimenez, a live orchestra led by Conductor Sarah Hicks and many more!

Jaime Camil (Who plays Papa in the film), and the voice of Miguel himself, Alex Gonzalez, will participate in the event.

Gonzalez said in a press statement: "The Hollywood Bowl is a very special place where we can celebrate and share our love and appreciation for music and Coco! It’s a huge honor and privilege to be a part of this beautiful performance at the Hollywood Bowl. I am so excited, can’t wait!”

We are even more excited, Alex!

Billboard is reporting that Coco Live in Concert will transform the venue into the Land of the Dead with special pre-show activities. Day of the Dead costumes are encouraged. So cool! This will be a great L.A. night event.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning noon PT on Friday, Sept. 13 via Ticketmaster.com.
