Just when you thought Chick-fil-A couldn't get any better, they roll-out mac & cheese. All we can say is FINALLY! What better to eat with your delicious chicken than a side of cheesy deliciousness.
Despite having a huge menu, this is actually Chick-fil-A's first permanent side addition to its menu since the 2016 SuperFood Side Salad. After testing the mac & cheese in certain markets across the country, positive feedback from customers brought the new side option to the permanent menu nationwide.
In a statement, Chick-fil-A's head of menu and packaging - Amanda Norris - said:
“We have a very high bar when it comes to adding a menu item, but the feedback from our customers in the test markets made this decision easy."
If you're looking to grab a cup of cheesiness, the prices start at $2.99. Of course the prices vary by market and size you'd like.
According to Nation’s Restaurant News, the privately held chain has been entering new markets like Seattle and New York, making it the nation’s third-largest restaurant chain by sales. McDonald's and Starbuck take first and second place in the NRN's report.
Chick-fil-A is also rolling out Frosted Caramel Coffee for a limited time. The chain will begin offering the blend of cold brew, ice cream and caramel syrup on Monday through Nov. 9, or while supplies last.
Doesn't this all sound amazing? Chick-fil-A for the win!
