SoCal residents have so much to be excited about. Not only is the new Star Wars Land opening at the Disneyland Resort, a new Porto's Bakery & Cafe is on its way to Northridge, California.
The world famous Porto's Bakery and Cafe is expanding all through out Southern California -- it's most recent opening.. West Covina.
The bakery's owner, Margarita Navarro, whose mother started the first location in 1976, said Porto's will be coming to Northridge once it has settled in West Covina.
"We'll probably start right after we're settled on this one, we'll start working on Northridge," Navarro told ABC7 News.
ABC7 was at the opening of Porto's new West Covina location which as expected, was packed with excited fans. I mean, who doesn't want those delicious pastries and potato balls?
Porto's is popular for its Cuban sandwiches, potato balls and other savory pastries. If you can't wait until Northridge's location to open, and West Covina seems a tad bit too far, don't worry -- there are 4 other locations for you to enjoy those delicious delicacies: Downey, Burbank, Buena Park and Glendale.
