Did you get a chance to see Cardi B and Bruno Mars' new music video for "Please Me"? Well, if you're from Los Angeles, then you may have recognized a little gem of L.A. culture.
Tacos Mexico in East Los Angeles is the setting for the music video of the new smash hit, "Please Me". The music video opens with a title card: “Somewhere in Los Angeles", and then pans to a very vibrant shot of the famous Tacos Mexico franchise.
The 5120 E Olymipic Boulevard location went to Instagram to share the excitement that the two music legends went to their restaurant to shoot the music video. A Tacos Mexico spokesperson told the organization L.A. Taco that the music video was shot last month!

- Tacos Mexico was founded by Antonio Moreno as a taco truck in 1975.
- The chain and its patented neon red signs became popular during the 80s and early 90s
