The American Customer Satisfaction Index has released a study that crowns the fast-food restaurant, Chick-fil-A, as America's favorite restaurant.
Quick-service restaurant, Chick-fil-A earned the top score of any, with 87, the highest average of any dining establishment on the list. This also marks the third year in a row that Chick-fil-A has dominated this survey.
The 'Home of the Original Chicken Sandwich' chain is known for their polite customer service and southern hospitality. With incomparable second-mile service, and the 'my pleasures', Chick-fil-A has earned the trust of its guests and has proven why it reigns at the top.
Those familiar with Chick-fil-A's culture will understand why the Atlanta-based company has satisfied. Despite the long drive-thru lines, and the crowded dining areas, Chick-fil-A has mastered expediting the speed-of-service.
Panera Bread falls behind Chick-fil-A with a score of 81. Subway and Arby’s both fell 1 percent to earn scores of 80 and 79, respectively. Starbucks rose 1 percent to tie with Dunkin’ Donuts this year, while KFC fell 1 percent to earn the last-place spot of 77. (Consumer Satisfaction Index (2017).
The ACSI Restaurant Report 2018 is based on 22,522 customer surveys collected between June 19th, 2017 and May 29th, 2018.
