Google Photos Will Soon Be Able To Colorize Old Photos

Google has really transformed the way we live. In fact, the word 'Google' has even become a part of our daily vocabulary.

We can do just about everything through Google...literally. Well the newest addition to Google's technology is the ability to utilize artificial intelligence to automatically colorizes old black-and-white photos. This is such an interesting, amazing, useful (I can go on forever) tool that will bring photos back to life!

Here's how it will work:  Presumably, you’d take a picture of the old photo with your phone (or you can scan it), and then Google Photos will analyze it and produce a colorized file of it.

An example provided by Google shows how the above black and white photo was colorized through artificial technology.

In addition, Google says it can use AI to help separate subjects in photos or recognize images of documents and automatically convert them to PDF files. AMAZING, right?

Another new feature will automatically suggest exposure adjustments and improvements to your photos. Photos is available on both Android and iOS, and it lets you back up pictures and video automatically for free.

Google did not say when these new features would be available in the Google Photos app. Let me know what you guys think! I definitely want to try this out with old family photos.
