Looks like college kids are on to something when they have their leftover pizza for breakfast.
It's better than sugary cereal, according to dietitian Chelsey Amer.
Amer told the Chicago Tribune that while it's not the ideal breakfast choice, a slice of pizza is healthier than a bowl of cereal with milk.
Not only does the average slice of pizza have about the same number of calories as a bowl of cereal and milk, but according to Amer, pizza has more protein, which will keep you feeling full for longer.
