New Study Reveals The Real Sweet Spot For How Much To Sleep We Need

Well this is interesting. We all try to get enough rest/sleep regularly because it's good for our physical, mental and overall health. We have pretty much always been told that eight hours of sleep is ideal, but recent research says that might not be the case.

A recent study of over 500-thousand people finds that eight or nine hours of sleep is too much for those between 38 and 72 years old when it comes to memory, focus and problem solving.

Researches found that seven hours is might be best for cognitive performance and good mental health.
