We've all been there, you're out and about and go to open your phone but the FaceID feature doesn't work because you're wearing a face mask. It can be pretty annoying when it doesn't recognize you and won't unlock your phone. Well, Apple is working on a solution to that with a new iOS software that will allow your iPhone Face ID to recognize you even while wearing a mask.
For this to work, you'll need to have an Apple watch as well. When your phone detects you're wearing a face mask and your. unlocked Apple watch is nearby or on your wrist, your iPhone will automatically unlock and the Apple watch will vibrate. I like the idea of this, buti don't have an Apple watch! Do you have both? What do you think about this new update? It will be nice to not have to pull my facemask down at a store or in a public space to open my phone though!
