Celebrity tatoo artist JonBoy, IN New York, shared a photo on Instagram around 3am on Friday teasing this rose neck tattoo. This is the same tattoo artist who tattooed on Hailey and Justin Bieber and Halsey.
JonBoy tagged Swift in the photo so it has people speculating that it really is her. Also the tatoo seems to match the necklace this girl is wearing around her neck. Taylor has been known for wearing jewelry that matches things in her life, so that's another clue.
