Marwan Kenzari will be playing the role of Jarfar in the upcoming Aladdin live action reboot. E! news is reporting the casting, though Disney has yet to confirm.
The 34 year old actor has starred in The Mummy, The Promise, and Ben-Hur. He also is expected to have a breakout role in the upcoming film Murder on the Orient Express.
Other casting that has been announced is as follows - Will Smith as Genie, Mena Massoud as Aladdin and Naomi Scott as Jasmine. Guy Ritchie is directing.
