Edivo Vina is now sending guests to sea to dive for their wine. The winery is located on the Pelješac peninsula where the wine is stored at the bottom of Mali Ston Bay.
Guests will suit up and dive to the bottom of the Bay to grab a clay jug encasing the aged wine. The entire wine aging process begins on the ground where the wine will stay for about three months before making its journey to the ocean for one to two years.
