I think we all can agree one of the best things at Chipotle is their guacamole. Well did you know that a lot goes in to making it as perfect as it is? Well soon enough, it will no longer be made my a chipotle employee.
The company is in the process of testing out a guacamole-making robot that will do all the hard steps in making the dish. According to KTLA, the robot will stand the avocado upright one at a time, slices them in half, and removes the skin and pit. After that, a human (lol) will step in and add all the additional ingredients like the onions, peppers etc.
This robot is actually being tested in Irvine California. And not only are they testing a robot that makes guac, but also one that will help make the tortilla chips.
