Happy 4/20 friends! I know this question has popped in your mind before. "Can I bring my weed on an airplane?"
The answer is more complicated than you may think. The bottom line is that even though marijuana is legal in some states, it is still considered illegal on the federal level, according to KTLA.
There is an exception, however. If your product contains no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis you can bring it on the plane in your checked bag or carry on. Also if your cannabis is approved by the FDA you are okay to bring it on the plane as well.
Word of advice, leave your edibles at home.
