Yes, the rumors are true. Our beloved Twilight movies are being rebooted as a TV series. First the Harry Potter franchise and now this.
According to Movie Web, the series is still in the very early stages of development. It hasn't been picked up by a network yet. (So there might be time for them to call the whole thing all together.) The only thing we do know is that the author of the Twilight books, Stephanie Meyer will be involved in the project. To what capacity is still unknown.
