The internet is in shambles right now over the announcement of a new horror film based off of the beloved character Winnie The Pooh. The movie is called Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey. Apparently it is going to be an R-rated version of the yellow teddy bear we all grew up with.
Let it be clear that this is not a Disney film. A lot of people are confused how a different company can take the Disney character and turn it into a murderous monster. However, not a lot of people know that Winnie the Pooh became a public domain recently.
According to Collide, both Pooh and Piglet are depicted as half-human half-animal hybrids, and they look terrifying.
Do we want this movie, or can they keep it?
