Be Prepared For Even Stricter Water Use Rules In LA

Just a heads up. Water restrictions may get stricter in the comin future due to the drought California is experiencing. The city of Los Angeles is already limited to watering plants three times a week. Starting June 1 that limit is set to go down to twice a week. So now we're being told there are talks to cut our watering down to once a week?

"Every water agency across the state needs to take more aggressive actions to communicate about the drought emergency and implement conservation measures," Newsom said, according to CBS Los Angeles.

Apparently Newson is set to revisit this topic in two months to see what new restrictions need to be implemented. However, some neighborhoods have already taken measures into their own hands. There is a sign on a complex near my home that says residents can only water their grass on Sundays.

Looks like we're in for a long hot summer.
