Running Even Just Once a Week Could Significantly Improve Your Health

A brisk run once a week could help you stay alive a little longer.

New research says any amount of running could help cut the risk of early death by 27 percent. 

Running also lowered the cases of death by cancer and heart disease.

While running might not be good for everyone, staying active is. The recommendation is for people 16 to 64 years old to get 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week.
