A new DMV location in the city of Pacoima has a wait time of only 15 minutes according to CBS 2.
BUT there's a catch.
The Pacoima DMV only handles driver licence and Real ID transactions. It's still not bad, if you are in need of a new drivers license or want to get up to speed with a new Real ID.
I'm honestly not surprised that people are driving from other cities just to skip longer wait times.
