Mandy Moore and her family are leaning on supportive friends after their home was impacted in the Los Angeles wildfires, specifically Hilary Duff, who reportedly opened up her home for Moore's family to take shelter.

The This Is Us star, her husband Taylor Goldsmith, and their three children Gus, 3, Ozzie, 2, and Louise, 3 months, are staying with the Lizzie McGuire actress and her husband Matthew Koma after their home was impacted by the fire in Altadena, one of several devastating the city, per People.

Goldsmith's brother and fellow Dawes member Griffin Goldsmith, who also lost his own home, made the revelation in a lengthy post on Instagram expressing his grief at losing "everything," including the nursery for the son he and his wife, Kit, are expecting in the next few weeks. He also spoke about the "overwhelming" love and generosity he has received over the past week, including how Duff and Koma set up a GoFundMe page for his family to start their recovery.

"Our dear friends @matthewkoma and @hilaryduff thought it wise to set up a gofundme for us to help with everything moving forward," he said. "Not to mention they are currently housing my brother's family. They've taken care of my entire family from the moment this began. I will never be able to thank them adequately. This is the kindest act any human could do for another. They are the most beautiful, selfless people we've ever known."

Moore recently shared that while the main part of her house is "miraculously" still standing and intact, it is not "livable" at the moment. Admitting that she has "weird survivors guilt" seeing most of the houses on their street gone, she pledged to do what she can to help "rebuild and support" the community that she loves.
