We now have a first look at the new standalone Joker movie starring Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker.
The trailer shows the 44-year-old actor as he brings the DC supervillain to life in the first trailer for the Todd Phillips-directed origin story.
Robert De Niro, Zazzie Beetz, Marc Maron, and Mark Tyree Henry also star in the movie. Joker is slated to hit theaters on October 4th.
