A couple went viral earlier this month after their engagement ring fell down a grate in Times Square.
John Drennan and Daniella Anthony got engaged in Central Park but while holding hands and walking in Time Square, Anthony’s new engagement ring slipped off her hand and into a grate.
New York Police recovered the ring on December 2nd but it took some time and some help from the Ellen Show to find the couple and return the ring.
Two New York City police officers returned the ring to Drennan and Anthony on the Ellen Show, along with ring adjusters, and if that wasn’t enough for Drennan and his fiance, Danielle, Ellen gifted the couple $10,000 for their 2020 June wedding!
