Do you want to know if you are addicted to Instagram?
Let's be honest I don't need the app to tell me! I already know I spend a ton of time on their (mostly for work.) Anyway if you want to know exactly how much time, the app will tell you.
Instagram has started rolling out the Your Activity feature.
Not only will you be able to see how long you've been on IG, but you can also set daily time limits.
You can also temporarily mute notifications for those times when you don't want to be bothered.
