Could a mobile-only subscription soon be coming from Netflix?
Maybe...
Malaysia is being used as a guinea pig for a mobile-only subscription. The cost? Around $4 per month.
The test plan costs just 17 Malaysian ringgit ($4.05) a month, compared to its Basic plan which costs 33 ringgit ($7.87).
The company won't say which other countries might get an opportunity to test out the new plan. It makes sense for Netflix as they try to grow their subscriber base.
Would you go with a mobile-only plan if it were available in the United States?
